1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Trendsetter AI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms.
2. Educational use only — Not financial advice
Trendsetter AI is an educational and research tool. All AI output, chart analyses, lessons, and chat responses are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
3. AI accuracy
AI output may be inaccurate. Verify everything independently. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of any analysis produced by the Service.
4. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Free trials convert automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends. Cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the current period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
5. Acceptable use
Don't abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, share accounts, or violate any law.
6. Limitation of liability
Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-product.
